Excellent purple/red colour, a nicely integrated fruit and oak bouquet and the palate is rich and full flavoured with a soft elegant finish.

Excellent with aged cheese and beef and lamb dishes. For dessert, try dark and bittersweet chocolate.

This wine is excellent to drink now or will benefit from further 4-6 years bottle maturation.
