2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
A deep red colour and a ripe berry bouquet which shows typical sweet Cabernet fruit characters, balanced with newer French oak. The palate is soft and full flavoured with a fresh lingering acid finish which will continue to soften with time.

Rich cheeses, antipasto platters. For mains, perfect with beef, lamb or duck and for desserts, try dark chocolate and berries.
When to drink:
This wine is excellent to drink now or will benefit from further 4-7 years bottle maturation.
