2014 Director‘s Reserve Chardonnay

This Chardonnay has an excellent, developed green/gold colour with lifted tropical fruit and oak characters on the bouquet. The full flavoured palate shows ripe fruit balanced with new French oak, followed with a clean firm acid length.

Enjoy it with:

Chicken and pork with cream-based sauces. Ideal with cheesecake or poached light fruit desserts.

When to drink:

This wine is excellent to drink now or will benefit from further 5-6 years bottle maturation.
